We were delighted to host the Shelford Fun Run in person again this year and were bowled over by the response. Our 350 spots were sold out before the event and the community came out in force to cheer on the runners or volunteer on the day. From elite athletes to a mascot named Lily the Panda, and pre-schoolers to a gentleman who ran the 5k on his 80th birthday, it was so inspiring to see everyone challenge themselves.
Brilliantly, we raised £5000 towards the Wheelscape phase, a great boost to this campaign and our thanks go to all our fantastic runners, volunteers and sponsors, without whom this event would not have been possible.
